What The ValueRater™ Is

A Stock Valuation Program

The ValueRater is a stock valuation software program designed for investors and financial advisors.  Any investor, from beginner to expert, can use the ValueRater.  The program is designed to help guide you toward a sound, personalized investment decision.

The ValueRater arrives at a target valuation range using a proprietary valuation system that has been developed and tested for over ten (10) years. The system is a unique blend of fundamental analysis, growth strategy, and personalized risk assessment that is presented in a user friendly format.

Our goal is to help you calculate a target valuation range for almost any publicly traded company, and understand what the fair market price for a share of stock in that company should be. The calculated valuation range reflects a customized price per share sensitivity analysis based upon your assessment of a company's risk, economic environment, business attributes, and financial strength.

A USER FRIENDLY Stock Valuation Program

The ValueRater was designed to be a user-friendly program for the computer novice, while incorporating sophisticated valuation techniques that would impress the most experienced professional stock traders and investment analysts.

You will never feel alone when using The ValueRater as every screen contains comprehensive help.  Most every item contains bubble help (quick help displayed when the cursor is over an item) in addition to having help available by pressing the F1 key when the cursor is in any of the fill-in boxes.  Our extensive online support area includes an open discussion forum with other users and TriMetrics support personnel.  Furthermore, we are just a phone call or email away to answer any of your questions.

You should be able to complete a valuation in 10 to 15 minutes depending upon the amount of research you want to do.

An Investment Research Tool

The ValueRater is also a research tool that offers investment analysis, tips and internet-linked resources that can assist you with any questions that may arise. An internet connection allows the ValueRater to help you collect research data through the use of numerous sources of data that are available free of charge out on the Internet. The ValueRater's built-in browser will bring you to internet sites that clearly display the information you may require by simply clicking on one of the many internet addresses that are provided in the program.

An Independent Validation

The ValueRater may be the best independent validation (or invalidation - as the case may be) test of any of the investment research that you have conducted or advice you may have been given. We truly believe that the ValueRater will become your investment tool of choice when you are building and tracking your long-term equity investment portfolio.

A Database For Your Investment Decisions

The program allows you to store all of the valuations that you perform, as well as the historical closing market price information, for as many stocks as you desire.

A Tool For Building Long-Term Wealth

Our goal is to calculate a target valuation range that the stock will enter within a 12 to 18 month period of time.  Over 90% of the valuations that we calculated during the past five (5) years have entered the program’s  target valuation range within 12 to 18 months.  We are confident that The ValueRater will become an important investment tool for both the novice and professional investor.

We have given you the ability to test and verify just how accurate the ValueRater is.  Just use the market price storage and graphing capabilities, as well as the ability to recall previously saved valuations that you have prepared.  We have found that, sooner or later, the market price of almost every company will gravitate towards the ValueRater's calculated target valuation range.  We suggest that you test The ValueRater without investing for some period of time until you are comfortable with its results.
